James not only met but exceeded my expectations. He was very friendly and personable and prompt. He let me know what was going on with my car every step of the way. Unfortunately I have been with caliber collision 3 times Every time they met or exceeded my expectations. This place rocks. They do great work but most of all communicate with you and go above and beyond trying to help you get your car fixed yet your car to you yet you to your car however or whatever is needed they will do it.

The team at caliber collision did a great job. From setting the appointment to going in and looking over the vehicle and confirming what was going to be worked on and then having the work completed and reviewed and doing the paperwork,... All of it went smoothly the very friendly and courteous process. I'll definitely be using caliber collision again if I have any other vehicle body work to be done.

I like that they were very quick with the process. I appreciated that they continued to communicate with me on the progress of my vehicle. Normally car repairs take a long time, but they finished my car within 3 days.
