These guys were great, shout out to the whole team! Had my car repaired faster than scheduled, kept me informed the entire way, went above and beyond on the repairs by taking care of some things not related to the accident. They even paid for my uber home. I hope I never get into another accident again but if I do, I’m coming to this shop.

The job was not done properly. Paint was scratched and there were visible blemishes. My representative was nice but I can’t help but think that 2-3 people (body repair, Paint and rep) should have noticed these issues. I coordinated a time to pick up my car then had to have my ride come back to get me. A wasted hour and expensive gas. And I am without my car for 3 more days due to the issues and the weekend.

Coming to pickup my car and then seeing that there were several issues with the repairs took time and was an inconvenience. But in the end the job was completed properly. My representative was great though! She communicated well with me and was very professional.

The folks at caliber collision are fast, have great communication, and are very reasonable on price. They have worked on my car twice after collisions, and I have been very happy with the service I received both times.
