The whole team i dealt with at Caliber collision were AMAZING. They made sure multiple times as i waited in the lobby for my ride to enterprise that i was taken care of while i waited.At every moment of my repair i was kept fully updated each day as repairs progressed. On notification of completion they were fast and polite as when i dropped my car off. Definently recommending and 100% chance i will chose you guys for any further work i need done.

All went well with Reece! He was fantastic and very friendly and professional, including wearing a mask at all times. My major complaint, and reason for not rating a “10”, is that several team members inside the building (more than half) weren’t wearing masks. Even though Washington is doing well, it’s still a pandemic and I live with a family member who is very high risk. I didn’t appreciate that they were moving about in close quarters without having regard for potential customers and/or loved ones who could get sick from those actions.

Autobody work looks great. However, the mechanical repairs are incomplete. I drove the car from the shop to my house (less than 3 miles). Radiator has small leaks from what appears to be top. Also not all hose clamps put back in place. Hood (hydraulic arm) not holding hood up when opened as it is designed to do. Also noticed a whining noise and poor steering which lead me to investigate. My findings show that what appears to be a power steering hose, was not reattached and may be binding on corners of hose causing the noises. Also a rattle that wasn’t there but may be associated with the loose hose assembly under the engine.
