Caliber did a great job explaining the process and staying in daily touch with repair progress. Dave is the go to guy for BWM repairs and the results were great and as promised, it was as good new. They worked with our insurance company to ensure no problems and the work was completed within a week. I hope I never need Caliber again, but if I do I will not hesitate to use them.
