I appreciated that the estimator took his time and explained everything about the repair in detail to me. The lady at the front desk who helped me schedule my repair and who processed all of my paperwork was courteous and efficient. The text updates while the car was in the shop kept me in the loop. Most importantly, you did an outstanding job on the repair. Every Caliber employee that I interacted with seemed eager to please. I appreciateed that you provided me with a Lyft home and a Lyft back to the shop to pick up my car. So glad I chose Caliber Collision in Orchards to repair my car!

when i recieved the car i noticed there was some random stuff that looked like it dripped down the side. Looked like cleaning stuff so i paid it no attention. I figured when i washed the car it would wipe right now. Today was my first time washing the car as I was told to wait about 3 weeks before washing. While I was hand washing I went to start to clean whatever that stuff was and it is like glue. It's even on my window. This is all the driver side that was worked on. I imagine its even down on the inside and on the plastic brush thing that sort of cleans protect the inside of the door from debris getting in. Again I figured it was some sort of cleaning stuff that would wipe off but this is like glue. No idea what to do about this since its on the window too.
