I only give it this as we waited a little over two weeks before I called to see the status. Found out there was a back and forth with the insurance company. Would love to have known what was going on. Otherwise the shop personnel was great!!

It took this company 2 1/2 -3 months to fix my side damage on my 2013 SUV and they gave me and the insurance company the run arounds! I would never go back to this company or refer them. Then they charged me additionally to fix the other side of my truck. Just horrible service from this company!

If I could put zero, I would. About the only thing they’re good at is washing cars. And even then, they carelessly got my interior dirty from washing the exterior with the trunk open.

I dropped my car off the 26th, and was told it would take 3-4 days for them to replace the bumper. It took 3 times as long to fix my car as they quoted me and I had to hound them to get updates on my vehicle. Told three separate days that it’s almost done, “they’re just finishing up reassembly, then it will be taken to be washed, and final check this afternoon.” When I went to pick it up though, they hadn’t completed everything and the trunk was completely filthy (with big white spots all over my black interior) from them spraying the dusty exterior with it open, and it had new scratches on the front bumper. I brought it back for them to correct the issues and when they drove it back, it all of a sudden had a massive piece of metal in my brand new tire (which I then had to have replaced). They corrected the other issues, but guess what? There are now more issues. My right tail light isn’t coming on, but break lights will. Bulb isn’t burned out, so something probably wasn’t reconnected the right way. Not only that, but the wheel well isn’t totally closed up. I live in the country and it is hard enough to keep mice out of vehicles in the winter time. That is an open invitation. There have been so many careless mistakes with having my car “repaired” here that I would have rather just lived with the dent. I’ll be bringing it back for the third time tomorrow, and if I ever have to bring it back to them again after that they will not hear the end of it. Totally unhappy is an understatement. I will never recommend them to anyone for collision repair….more like warn against them.

I am still waiting on a windshield to come in it’s a 2019 jeep wrangler under the name of Robert Morgan can you find out when it might be able to be installed?

Jai Lopez, our service advisor was excellent. She was so knowledgeable and wanted only perfection in the restoration of our vehicles and our complete satisfaction. Also anytime I calledi it was a great experience to have a friendly voice answer instead of robot.

The final product was great! Picked-up my vehicle today. Claim (hail damage) was filed on April 30th 2021 in Temple. Finally moved my business to Anderson in Waco …. Was very sad when they sold to Caliber. It took the Waco shop almost five weeks to do repairs. Not acceptable!
