I’m not confident in the repairs considering one major one was ignored and had to make multiple adjustments to get it right.

Dropped my car off after a wreck. Went over all issues. Made sure they knew and even checked paperwork to make sure it was documented by insurance. Was told my car was ready. Went to pick it up and even asked if the discussed issue was fixed. I was told yes. Drive my car off only to find out it had not been addressed. Drove right back and told them it was not done. It wasn’t even added to the paperwork for repairs. I was told they could have it fixed in 15 minutes. I was on my lunch break so that seemed fine. An hour and a half later my car was “ready” drive off only to have the issue still there but on a different side. I had to return to work so I called telling them it was not fixed properly. Next day I had to call to have them come pick the car up to repair. Very frustrating and inconvenient. I will add that everyone there is extremely nice but I’m worried about the quality of repairs made to my car that I cannot see.

They are all nice and very personable. I didn’t give a 10 based on my issues not being fully resolved after going over them and making sure it was addressed before I picked my car up.
