It was repaired but found some paint issues. Had to take back today Monday 7/10 for repaint. They did however rent me a car for 3 days because of the inconvenience.

I had a great experience with Caliber Collision, but my experience with Liberty Mutual was absolutely terrible. My adjuster would never call me back, would only text, when I specifically wanted her to call me, so I could ask questions more in depth. I finally was able to talk to the supervisor, Joshua Davis, and he was the rudest person I have EVER talked to. He was not helpful at all, extremely condescending, degrading, made me feel like I was wrong for not being able to get ahold of anyone when I had questions. He actually never called me back, I finally got a hold of him. At that point I was extremely frustrated, but he did not care. He just wanted to argue. When I asked him for the corporate number, or for his supervisors name and contact number, he rufused to give it to me. When I asked why? He told me, “because I said so”. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. He should not be a supervisor, if he can’t handle someone being upset with very valid reasons. I will not be staying with Liberty Mutual. As soon as all of this is done, I will be switching. I refuse to pay every month for a company that treats their customers that way.
