Jason Lassiter at Caliber is efficient, skilled and, above all, compassionate. Though Caliber, like all shops, is swamped with repairs, he made certain to have my car damage repaired and ready for pickup in 30 days, so I would owe no car rental fees. He was waiting on trim and a mirror cover. Today, he picked up my car at my home, will install those parts, and return my car before severe weather is due to arrive. To say I am satisfied would be an understatement.

Mr bob was the man who took care of me. He provided me with regular updates and insured that my vehicle was going to be taken care of the entire time it was in the shop. And it surly was.
