I picked my car up today in Waco, John was excellent, made it back to Austin and almost made it home but got stranded on the side of the road. I am having itowed to caliber collision in Austin.

I rate y'all at the lowest on the rate level because they told it would be ready then said they forgot something only tomy car another few days then have someone come to do the finish on it . Now I will not tell no one about this place and I'm will not come back

All staff were cordial and knowledgeable. They explained the process well and communicated in a timely manner. The process was prolonged by one small bracket that was on lengthy backorder. When I drove home after the final session, I was astonished to see that my gas tank had been filled. What a delightful end to my day. Thank you for a job well done.

It was evident by my Caliber representative, Bob, that I was working with a team of caring professionals. Everyone was friendly and supportive.
