Work was good. Mansger and advisor communicated well with me. Disappointed shop behind when took my vehicle. Did not actually work obit till week of July 4th. My insurance company allocation for car rental and I had to come up with transport for a month. I am reluctant to recommend your company. You should do something to make up what I list with 4 weeks of no transpirt

Shop did good work but when I came in June 13 told your shop I had 24 days before rental had to be given back. You cost me a month having to get another car on my own for 4 weeks. You should compensate me for the loss by refunding my $500 deductible payment.

Why am I getting a survey but haven’t got my truck back? It been two months of getting inaccurate updates through your automated system. I also believe that some sort of offer should have been made for a loaner since Caliber Collision wrecked my vehicle when in your possession adding weeks to the repair.
