Overall, I would say I had a pretty good experience and I appreciate the support during a difficult time, but the technician discovered a previous accident I hadn't been informed of prior to buying my vehicle a month before. He claimed he would assist me by sending me diagnostic reports to help prove it to the dealership, but after multiple promises to send them by end of day, I have received nothing. Also, a piece of my door handle fell off immediately upon getting home and the replacement part has yet to be ordered. I have not been able to get a contact back.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Caliber Collision! From start to finish, the entire team was incredibly helpful, professional, and easy to work with. What stood out the most to me was their honesty and the pride they clearly take in doing the job the right way—not just the fast way. They kept me informed throughout the process and made everything feel smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find a company that combines skill, integrity, and great customer service so well, but they truly delivered on all fronts. Hopefully I won’t need collision repair again anytime soon, but if I do, there’s no question—I’ll be coming right back to Caliber Collision. Highly recommend!
