Tom was great through the entire process. He kept me updated on all that was going on with the car whether it was waiting parts, insurance or anything out of the ordinary. I definitely would bring my car back for any repairs. Great job with the car but most of all top notch customer service.

Overall, I felt like Caliber took care of me from the get go. Daily text messages / phone calls to keep me updated was great to hear. And getting my vehicle completely repaired two weeks ahead of time was even better. Caliber employees took their time to get to know me better and made me feel at ease.

My door my van does not shut all the way you have to slam it and the handle has a funny catch in it now on the inside
