My experience with Caliber Collision was handled in a very professional manner, but just as importantly in a caring manner. I spoke with Ms. Tate, and she took her time to walk me through the process of repairing my vehicle after an accident. It was the first time I have had to deal with a collision repair company, and she went through every step in the process that I needed to take and what I could expect CC to take care of for me. Jordan Mough was the employee who stayed on top of every step of the repair process. During the nearly 3 week CC had my car, Mr. Mough called me every couple of days to report the progress of the repair work. The friendliness, courtesy, and concern shown me during unpleasant circumstances, was amazing. I am recommending the Caliber Collision located at 1401 West Loop 340 in Waco, TX to everyone. Excellent service!

I was very satisfied with the work. I was expecting more updates when the work started, but after going to the paint shop, updates came regularly. The estimator was friendly and knowledgeable, and explained in detail how the work was done.
