My car was in for repair for 37 days. Upon picking it up my check engine light was on and I was told I would have to take my car to my local dealer service dept. after paying my $500 deductible, for my car not to be fixed. I went to VW and found out that my coolant hose was leaking and the temperature sensor had a failure. I now have paid an additional $720 to fix my car after it has been in for repairs for over a month.

Caliber did great work, after my repair I did take my Lexus to the dealership for a checkup. They did need to torgue the suspension sway bar to Lexus specification, but overall great job putting my vehicle back together.

This was a tough repair, they used OEM Lexus parts which took more time than expected. I am happy with the customer service by extending my loaner past time my insurance would cover. Marcus and his team were very responsive to my many questions. Thank you for being so understanding during my repair.
