There are a few things I would like to discuss, such as my dash being lifted on the passenger side, glass still inside the vehicle, and a very small crack on the windshield that was not there prior to the vandalism. I didn’t know you guys had to touch the inside to repair the front end. Also, USAA called about the rental when I was promised it would be returned. Completion date changed multiple times causing a BIG inconvenience. Other than that Kristen & Greg were awesome. The entire Caliber team is friendly. Thanks for repairing my vehicle.

Zero communication, returned my truck incomplete, still waiting on emblem, rear tail light, and lens for back up camera, and replacing front windshield. Now saying part not available until 1/22/24.
