Absolutely the best customer service I've received from a company since pre-covid days! Amazing staff (Amber, the front desk receptionist, Jace (?), the adjuster that assessed the damage to my vehicle and an estimate on its costs, and Chrisy, who I did the final walk-thru at pick up. My car looks brand new; there's no visible signs of any prior damage! Awesome job by this repair shop & paint department! This CC's location is convenient to my home; its perfect! I really valued the frequent text messages I recd regarding the status of the repair and the fact that it was completed & ready on the estimated date promised!!! What a refreshing experience, and if I ever need (I pray not) future repair work, I will return to this location (Kaine Place in Waldorf); A+ rating!
