My biggest pet peeve is communication, and Caliber did an EXCELLENT job communicating every step of the repair process and the status of my vehicle with to me. I appreciate the superior service and will definitely utilize their services in the future.

They were very active with keeping me in the loop of when my car would be finished. The only downfall I would say, is that they finished outside of my 30 day car rental for my insurance company making me have to pay out of pocket.
