The service I received from the assigned Claims Agent, Rebecca Simon was by far the worse customer service experience I’ve ever had! Her unwillingness to transact business via phone made the process of identifying a repair shop to complete the repairs on my vehicle one of the most inefficient processes I’ve ever had to deal with. The “tone” of some of her txtmsg responses were unpleasant and borderline unprofessional given her role as a customer service rep. This experience left me wit a very unfavorable view of Liberty Mutual. She needs additional training or be moved to a position where she doesn’t interact with customers!!!
