The repair isn't done yet. They never looked over my car before calling me to pet me know it was ready. I'm still waiting to hear back from Russ since last Wednesday. I'm not happy at all about this whole thing and I can't keep taking off work. If someone can please call me so we can get this all fixed and figured out the right way I would greatly appreciate it. There was a bit of a hiccup. I left my vehicle for repair at the Farrar Pl, Waldorf location but my vehicle was moved to Waldorf - Kaine Pl #3053 location because the Farrar Pl location was overbooked. Unfortunately, I wasn't notified of the location change and when notified my vehicle was ready for pick up, I went to the location I left my vehicle. Wrong. However, once the dust settled I was taken to the Kaine Pl location to retrieve my vehicle. Robert Foster, the service advisor, I had been corresponding with made such a great impression and the repair work was excellent. He took the time to explain the details of the work performed and answered any questions I had with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. Again everything with the repair looked great and I am very pleased. Mr. Foster's customer service skills helped me rethink my initial opinion of Caliber Collision and I wouldn't hesitate to refer services. He went the extra mile to explain the repair in its entirety and the work that was performed. I was very much pleased with the work that was done on my vehicle. Thank you!
