I was not informed until 11/2hr prior to pick up the car wouldn’t be ready until the end of the week and then called again 2hrs prior to closing to let me kno the vehicle was ready.

Front bumper was replaced… fog lights facing ground headlights are not even. I have 2 deep scratches on the front driver side fender. The car was sent to get an alignment and the car is pulling to the left (same side of major impact from debris.
