Each time I called for status update, Tina and the staff was able to provide the information needed and keep me informed with all that was going on with my SUV. I must say that, it was a little disappointing that the initial status from the original dropoff site, indicating when my SUV was transfer to the other repair site and who to contact was not given; I had to call to find out when I didn't hear anything for a few days. but once I was given the information everything went pretty smooth.
