I appreciated how professional, personable and knowledgeable the staff was at all times. The "top" quality of their work was supported and exhibited not only by the repair men but by the front office staff as well. From the moment you walked into the office and the one on one experience you had with your advisor, they(the staff)made this experience a pleasant one.

The service was excellent especially Joyce Farrell the receptionist at the front counter. She contacted enterprise rental in got me a car. And Paige Graham helped quite a bit explaining the process to me thoroughly. Thank you both so much, and thank the guys doing the bodywork and paint.

Everyone at Caliber was so wonderful from day one! Since it was my first ever accident, I have nothing to compare it to but they did an excellent job taking care of my car, keeping me updated through the whole process, and making sure everything was sorted through insurance properly.
