The entire staff is top tier! Zero communication issues. This particular branch of Caliber Collision should have their own Ted Talk for how to create the ultimate customer experience! The attention to detail, I mean nothing was missed. And they make you feel like family. Non of that fake stuff, just genuine people which is rare these days!

The staff at this caliber location particularly Paige and Miss Joyce were outstanding in keeping me updated on the progress of my vehicle and it was completed as promised. My vehicle was properly cleaned, and they topped off the air in my tires as they were all low due to the weather conditions. It’s that extra step that makes a difference in the customer experience thank you guys.
