Looks brand new.. didn’t take too long to fix either. Ben kept us informed along the way. Staff at front desk were very friendly and helpful as well.

The repairs appear to be back to pre-accident status with one exception. There is a windy/heavy humming sound on the driver side. This is noticed when driving on the highway around 60 mph. I was very dissatisfied with the inside of the vehicle upon pickup. This unfortunately was not inspected with the associate when picked up. There appears to have been muddy tools/parts/equipment placed inside of my vehicle which left a muddy mess! (My second row seats were laid down). There was mud on the driver side rear passenger seating area and mud on the passenger side cargo area. This was truly disappointing to find.

During the pick up of my vehicle yesterday morning I noticed a little strip of red paint on the passenger side and also the was a space between both of my head lights I brought it to the attention of your representative but I got no answer and it wasn't like that when I took it for repair, I love the work done at your location that's why I chose your but I was a little disappointed this time.

I am still unable to completely remove the spots where you marked up my vehicle with the pen. There are many of them. I am going to need to have that looked at to see if you can remove them. I have never had this done to my vehicle before. The last time I used you, someone took pics of the little chips etc on the body of my vehicle. They did not use the pen to write on my paint.
