I am still unable to completely remove the spots where you marked up my vehicle with the pen. There are many of them. I am going to need to have that looked at to see if you can remove them. I have never had this done to my vehicle before. The last time I used you, someone took pics of the little chips etc on the body of my vehicle. They did not use the pen to write on my paint.

The front desk receptionist and technicians were very knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the process…I always appreciate an over abundance of info especially when I’m out of my normal routine (without a car). And many thanks for explaining exactly what was wrong, what to fix, and things to look out for going forward to prevent further attempts at theft.

I am satisied with the work that was performed. Ben was very informative and kept me abreast of the the progress of the effort. He took the extra effort to try and locate a source for the decals that had to be replaced. Although the aftermarket decals were found, they were not quite as good as the original items, but he assured me that he would continue to try and locate decals that would be more durable.
