I have bought many cars to caliber together fixed this time was the absolute worse. My whole left side doors had to be fixed, I pick up the car my son was not able to get out the back seat had to take the car van so they can fix that. Now I’m noticing something is wrong with my lock button on either door everything was working properly before

My repair date kept getting pushed back. I was told they was waiting on one part then the part and it was broken then they had to reorder I was told it would be there on that Wednesday meanwhile on the portal they changed my completion date to Friday when I was told Thursday my car be ready. Thursday came I didn’t hear from anybody. Friday came at 4:30pm I got a call to pick up my car it’s ready. Are u kidding me I need more than an hour to plan for someone take me drop my te two off & then take me to get my car.

Thomas, the person who helped me beginning to end, was phenomenal. Talks to you like you're his buddy, walks you through the damages and expected repairs, clearly knows what he's talking about, kept me well informed the whole time.

The repairs to the body were perfect however, all 4 of my tires had low pressure why wasn't there air put in the tires if someone started the vehicle and saw that. My only issue.
