I had to have a headlight replaced.That was replaced by caliber about four years ago.I told you service writer about it.He said that there is nothing he could do because it was out of warranty.So I did the laid work.And called my insurance company, they said, oh he had to do was put a supplement in, it, took him six days to get the supplement, put in.Now, my truck was put in on the ninth of december.And I did not pick it up to the thirty first of december.If he had did his job correctly in the beginning, I could have had my truck back a long time ago

Everything was perfect except for the fact my lights didn’t work when I picked it up and got pulled over for it later that night. But they got me in ASAP the next day and everything is great.

I’m grateful that the end result was my vehicle being repaired. However, when we initially came to pick up the vehicle, the main issue was not resolved. The representative that worked with me was very rude. When I called to check up on the vehicle he hung up on me. I already escalated this concern to headquarters. If I need my vehicle fixed again, I would not come to the location that I went to recently.
