Front desk lady is very attentive, but the experience I had with this employee by the name of Thomas, him yelling and me and being disrespectful was terrible. besides that, when I was picking up my car they didn't go over the job was done in the car and they didn't even make sure that the tires had the correct pressure I had to waste so much time, and trying to get that simple thing done is when that employee treated me like a low class customer, he was completely rude an unprofessional.
