Caliber Collision did an excellent job. It was easy to set up an appointment, drop off the car, and pick it up once done. I got a weekly call letting me know about the progress on the car. The individuals there answered any questions I had. I have been hit by another driver twice now, and always used this specific location for my repairs.

Turnaround time was ~1 month for repairs and when I received the vehicle back I now have a check engine light which was not there prior to accident. I am told by manager I can connect with the technician tomorrow. I decided to take the vehicle and return it to see if there were any other noted issues. I did notice shaking when I hit the brakes. These issues should’ve been noticed prior to informing client the vehicle was “ready”

My vehicle was completed before the scheduled date, which was great. It was done right and professionally. You can’t tell where the damage was and where on my vehicle. Julie Lewis was my service advisor and she was Amazing. She assisted me anyway she could with the insurance company.
