Rude receptionist. No good morning or smile when I walked in the first time even though I said good morning and smiled. Very as a matter of fact person and to the point without trying to be nice. When it came to the service I was very surprised that I was told it would take a week to get my car back. I had to explain why I needed my car for work (due to the device on the windshield to cross the bay) in order to get my car back by the weekend.
