I would only recommend this location if the customer service improves. However, I would definitely recommend other Caliber locations.

The service we received for our car repair was excellent — the work was completed efficiently and to a high standard. However, the customer service experience was disappointing. The staff came across as unfriendly and cold, particularly the service manager (Tim), which made the overall experience less positive. We understand and appreciate that the team is very busy, but being busy should not affect the quality of customer service. A bit more warmth and attentiveness would make a significant difference to the overall customer experience.
