Tim was super knowledgeable on the phone pre-arrival. He assessed my car and gave me an accurate estimate of the completion time. He made it smooth and seamless. I also like that Caliber is right next to enterprise. So convenient.

The estimator didn’t do a good job at explaining to me what was wrong with my car and for some reason I had to open a third claim. She was very nice I just think their was a miscommunication somewhere. I would ask my insurance why it’s 3 claims they said ask the body shop I asked the body shop they tell me to ask my insurance, lots of confusion overall.

Service was awesome. Still need to take the vehicle to the dealership for adjustments to my headlights and fix some electrical issues. All in all, I would use Caliber again.
