I took the car in because it was damaged on the hutch trunk area the trunk does not properly shut still the car was left damaged by grease on the carpets in the back where the car was worked on by the mechanics and needs to be repaired both items quickly

Unless someone at Usaa or caliber address my concern financially. I paid 1k of 8k for the repairs that isn’t repaired-, more of my time/ wasted where I could be working.

The hatch for the trunk is not closing correctly and the care has grease marks on carpet in back and all over up hatch internal handles
