I had the left side (driver’s side) bumper fixed. It was some scratches on the other side of the bumper. You all painted over it, but didn’t buff it or smooth it out. It’s an eye soar. Also, I told your receptionist (she’s amazing by the way) that I just had my car washed and carpet shampooed. I had black oil on the runner part of my door and the bottom of the driver’s door had black marks like someone’s work boot kicked the door while getting out. So my car wasn’t as clean as it was when I dropped it off.

Immediately, when I walked in the door, I was met by the staff receptionist who was as pleasant as can be. Met Heather, who I believe was a manager, and everything went so smoothly from there: confirming my insurance policy, assessing the job, picking up a rental car from next door, and completing the job on time. Perfect and seamless.

Great service! When I picked up the car, the exterior and the interior were fully cleaned, I didn't find a speck of shop dust. Heather and the crew were great, and their receptionist was very welcoming and answered all my questions. I had a loaner set up through my insurance company. The rental agency was next-door, I walked over, picked up the car, and went ahead with my day. When I picked up the car, they did a great job. They feel kind of like family if you know what I mean. The whole experience was seamless. I highly recommend Caliber for your next job if your insurance company allows you to choose.
