Heather and her team were great from start to finish, I took my 2025 Honda Accord there after being side swiped by someone on NYD I dropped it off to the shop on 2/4, picked it up 2/12 I was amazed that it was fixed so fast and the paint was the exact color urban gray pearl which I thought would take longer, very satisfied with the constant updates on the status of the car throughout the whole thing and the text updates are great as well, thank you Heather and Team

You ignored the mechanical issue that was caused by the accident. Never having an adjuster or mechanic look at the issue. Heather sent me a message that she had tried to call me, but I had no missed calls. She was dismissive and asked me what the problem was with my car- she saw nothing wrong. It will not hold collect and starts to overheat soon after starting. I told her and the adjuster the leak started the day after being hit while parked and unoccupied. There is damage to the outside of the tire that is not noted. No codes were noted. The bmw shows exactly when it has an issue.
