Gabby the receptionist was very welcoming and polite at all times. Ceasar the person responsible for estimating and overseeing the work and repairs was very professional. It was a pleasure speaking with each of them and the repairs came out great and much than the original estimate. I'm very satisfied with the repairs and time it took to complete them. I would recommend "Caliber" in Walnut Creek to anyone needing a good repair shop
