Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Great bunch at that shop. The work took less time than I expected and really is top-notch. Indistinguishable from the “before” condition. A lot goes into work like that, making sure everything lines up right, matching the color exactly, etc. True artists.

Everyone I interacted with was very professional and kind, and the quality of the work was exemplary—I really appreciated the complimentary car wash as well! My only suggestion would be to streamline the communication process. I received multiple phone calls, seemingly from a contracted service, rather than directly from the location I ultimately scheduled with. Communication came through a mix of emails, texts, and calls from different people, which became a bit confusing at times. For example, one text was intended to notify me about additional repairs that required approval, but it wasn’t clear that I needed to take action until someone followed up by phone. Everything turned out great—I’m very grateful that the car was repaired on time and that the quality of the work was excellent. It would just make the experience even better if communication were more centralized and consistent. Thank you for listening!
