It was a good experience but I dropped the car off with a half tank of gas and picked it up with 30 miles left in it. Top off or to the amount left would have been appreciated.

The repair was done earlier than the estimated date per request, which I really appreciated because it worked out with my work schedule. Cesar was really nice and explained the parts that needed repair thoroughly. He was also sending me updates throughout the entire process which made me feel at ease. Highly recommend especially Cesar. Kudos to the team.

Cesar was amazing! He kept me up to date on my repairs as they were being done and tries to help me with getting all of the damage in my claim covered by Insurance. He also helped me get a great price on a replacement windshield which he did not have to do! I rate him a 10/19 and caliber as a whole a fantastic business and highly recommend them to anyone needing auto repairs done!! Thanks so much !
