It was a wonderful experience working with Caliber Collision. Everyone was friendly and never to busy to answer your questions. I didn’t expect my car to be washed, or have my headlights polished. They did a great job. The drivers that picked you up from home and dropped you off were on time and courteous. Good efficient drivers.

Austin—what can I say. He provided great service. He was knowledgeable, understanding and sent me timely updates. The repair work was finished ahead of schedule and immaculate. My vehicle is an uncommon color so I was concerned about the paint work. It was stellar. The entire staff, apologize for not remembering the names of the other staff, was friendly and responsive. The entire experience from dealing with my insurance company American Family through Costco, enterprise providing transportation to and from Caliber and the outstanding repair service—very satisfied customer. Austin provided outstanding customer service. I initially was interviewing facilities providing selecting which entity to work on my vehicle. It was the meeting with Austin on an initial estimate of work that convinced me I this was the right place. He was patient, understanding and explained the work to be done in a way for me to understand. The other staff, apologize for not remembering their names, were also very helpful. The entire team made a bad situation easier to deal with.
