it’s been quite a while since I’ve had to have any repair work done on my car through an accident and it’s changed so much over the years… from Insurance approving it and referring me to Caliber Collision, the car rental, setting up an appointment and my service advisor. Michael Robertson was so good, He paid attention to all the details, made sure my car was in perfect condition. When I returned to pick it up, the gals in the office were efficient, explained everything, I hate to say it, but it made getting in a car accident a pleasant experience… Lol

From the moment I walked in to the completion of my car repair, everything was great! Girls at front desk were nice and professional. Michael was fantastic! Very professional and very friendly. I appreciated him keeping me updated on the progress of my car repair. I never had to call because he always called me to give updates. He made sure I was 100% happy with the final repairs. I couldn't be happier! Side note- I enjoyed the candies in the waiting area, especially the chocolates. I also appreciated the decorations. 😀

From front office to assigned Service Agent: process handled well! Mike Robertson was/ is commendable! Expert and professional, excellent and listens well to us, customers. Explains clearly what’s expected and possible effects of choices. He was meticulous as we are on making sure work done to our satisfaction. We met Marcus, Mgr. who took in our case during lunch time.
