I appreciate how professional and down to earth Alicia and Michael are. Trusted to both do their best and also show they care that my truck was not only returned to mint condition, but also gave it a wash before I arrived. Thanks to the amazing team at Caliber my truck looks like it never saw that yellow concrete pylon.

Each person I talked with were both down to earth & professional. Michael made sure I was up to date on the repair status, and Alicia(unsure of spelling, sorry) made sure everything was ready in a timely matter whenever I was at Caliber. She also was very understanding and funny:) She created a very polite and welcoming environment.
