This is the third time I have used Caliber Collision in Warrenton for car repairs. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the entire process and the finished product. I have had Stacie as my representative and she treated my car as if it was her own. Always keeping me informed on the process, hounded the external parts department to get the parts in, and has always been there walking me through the finished car. She represents Caliber and all those who work on the car with the highest “caliber”!!!!!

Great experience from start to finish, be prepared to wait for the work and you won't be disappointed. I answered "No" for it not being ready when promised; however, this was due to a parts issue with the vehicle, not the team. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and kept me updated throughout the repair process. My car looks fantastic, have to wait 30-60 days before washing w/the new paint (which looks amazing). I’d definitely recommend this auto body shop to anyone needing quality repairs.

I was very pleased with the services I received from Caliber Collision. The entire staff is very customer focused and was great with keeping me updated on the status of the vehicle and would notify me of any changes. They also handled setting up the rental car for me and checked it back in. Definitely would use this company again if I ever needed one in the future.
