This is the 2nd vehicle we have brought to this location. When we came to pick this car up initially it was no where near being ready to go. There was still tape on the car that had been painted over. It was also not taped on the inside of the door panels so over spray was on the door panels. The front grill cover had not been replaced/fixed even though the hood and the bumper were. There was a plastic panel completely missing from under the hood ( side panel cover ). There was also a chip in the paint once we picked it up the 2nd time on the door that was just re-worked on. After having to come back again we decided to just leave it alone so we did not have to leave the car again. We do not expect the work to be perfect but this is the 2nd car we've had to come back to get fixed once being notified it was ready. Initially we did not want to bring the Honda in to be fixed here after having to bring my VW back a few times. But we decided to give this place another shot. Our second experience here was not any better than the first. All of the things that were still wrong with the Honda upon the first pick up should have been noticed by taking a quick glance around the car. Especially the tape hanging from the rear of the car and the grill cover. While the staff we interacted with were nice, helpful and willing to fix the mistakes; it should not have been marked as completed for us to come pick up.

Professional from start to finish. Good communication, fair pricing for COD work with attention to detail. They color matched my slightly faded paint on my BMW as well as can be reasonably expected. I would absolutely have them do all my collision work in the future, if needed. Highly recommend!!

The repair is good but getting to the end took almost two months with very little communication. Jody was avoidant and tried to give us the truck back when it wasn’t complete. In the end Jody delivered a good quality repair. Overall it worked out but saying I was completely satisfied would be untruthful.
