This is my first time using Caliber Collision, and it wasn't a bad experience, but concerning they notified the car was ready when the the l first replacement bumper had so much noticeable excessive flashing on it and the fitment was off. I would expect better QA/QC to be performed before notifying a customer their car is ready for pickup

Don't of the for and finish could've been a little more refined. I understand the challenge of the further of parts with newer cars, but some excess plastic flashing on the cutout for the sensors on the sides of the bumper are noticeable

Truck looks great. That being said, when I got it back there was a black mark on the back(which you guys took care of immediately) and over the weekend I noticed my side sr5 emblem is not there and it also took a very long time to get it done.
