I picked my car on a Friday afternoon to let them know the passenger side on my car was not aligned and there were a few other things I was concerned about. The lady that took the message indicated she was going to pass the message and someone will call me. I am still waiting for the call.

It would have been nice for Henry and Cassie to show even a small level of professionalism. I’ve never been called a liar by a service technician until now. I will not bring my car back to this shop, I filed a formal complaint against this shop with USAA and let them know how this shop treats their customers. It was so unbelievably unprofessional I’m still in shock.
