Every thing that they repaired I am satisfied with thus far and have not had any issues. However, they did miss two things. The fuel tank is messed up and I am only able to fill it 3/4 until the pump pops and no longer lets me fuel. They also put a huge scratch in my roof and did not tell me, nor did they fix it.

Most all emails with status updates were exactly the same and did not give much detail. Every time I was told I would get a call back I never did, and in order for me to find out anything about the status of my vehicle I had to call them. There was also a severe lack for a sense of time. My vehicle was delayed 4 different times for a total of 2 weeks late. Every time I asked about a time frame it was completely underestimated.

From the moment I called the Warrenton location, I was well treated. The staff were genuinely friendly!!! And they were professional!!! They performed what they said they promised they'd do. I will go back if I ever need a similar service and I will recommend them to any one!!!
