Horrible! They say they will contact you back and you won't hear from them for days or you just have to call yourself and even if you do call them they have very little information for you.

So many good things to comment on. The People: Everyone is warm, friendly and professional. Kelly and Curtis are models for customer service. They keep you informed every step of the way and are never too busy to take a call or get additional things needed from the vehicle. I have a dash cam and watching the videos afterward of the gang driving safely, helping each other and working in the heat of the summer is tough, keeping a good attitude in that heat is even tougher. The Communication: The daily updates were nice. Schedule delays due to rejecting parts for quality are really great news considering they want to do it right. Understanding what I needed and balancing that with what they could do is beyond description. Service: the warranty of their work is amazing. Being able to drop my rental car with them and they take care of the rest is a HUGE help for me, but a small token of what they do in "restoring the rhythm of your life"

Caliber Collision was excellent to work with. Not only is my repair done so that my car looks good as new, but they even completed it faster than they said they would. Wow! And my car was cleaned inside and out. It looked brand new when I picked it up! I loved getting the texts which kept me updated. And when I needed to speak with someone, everyone I dealt with was professional, kind and courteous. While I hope to never need their services again, I won't hesitate to return to Caliber if in fact I do. And I will highly recommend them. Thank you.

Truck was not finished when I was texted that it was. Returned rental car only to find out it would be another week. Initially I was told truck would be done Tuesday. Friday came and truck still wasn't finished. I gave them until Monday and they told me it was finished but if I wanted to pick it up I had to drive to a different location to pick it up. In my book that is not complete. So we will see if I get it today. As you can see you are asking how am I doing when I don't even have my truck back that there is a problem.
