The woman assigned to my case never picked up the phone when I called and didn't return any of my 15 phone messages. She finally did return my call, but it was about 2.5 weeks after the last one, and my car was already at Caliber Collision by that time. I got a different phone number from someone to get through to someone. When people call in, the phones shouldn't be automatically directed to your agent assigned to you.

The initial repair was subpar. There was some debris in the paint and you could see areas that looked like orange peel. They also forgot to put on step pad. After talking to Adam he understood our concerns and said they would repair it properly. After the quality concerns were addressed when I went to pick up my car the second time it was excellent. This is the only reason I am giving a 10 rating.

We would only recommend this body shop if someone needed aluminum work done on their vehicle as there are very limited or few places near our location that perform aluminum auto body repair.

Only a portion of the side of the truck bed was cut out and removed instead of the whole side of the truck bed being removed so they took a shortcut and removing the damaged side and replace only half of the bed as opposed to the full bed supposably per protocol which we were dissatisfied with

Absolutely wonderful staff! Very helpful. From our initial encounter to drop off the car to picking it up, everyone we dealt with was incredibly friendly and eager to help. My car looked great when we picked it up. My picky husband went over it and had no complaints, only compliments. I would highly recommend this facility and hope that I will never need them again!
