Wonderful work and customer care that is far beyond expectations. The person I worked with, Mr. Benner ,was a 12 on a 10 scale. Explained everything and kept me informed at each step of the process. I have never experienced such wonderful customer service. If I wanted to look up the definition of customer service in the dictionary his picture would be there. I will recommend this shop to everyone I know without reservation because I know they will get great customer service and wonderful professional repairs.

I would recommend Caliber without any question. My whole experience was without question the best customer service and professional support I have had with a business. If I looked in a dictionary for the definition of customer and professional service, a picture of Caliber and Mr. Benner would be there. He and Caliber could teach many businesses what it's all about
